There have been several cases in court about if adults should be able to bear arms or not. The Miller case in early 20th century came to an agreement that only certain classes of were legal to own. We believe that adults should own a self defense weapon under condiscions. You must be 30 years or older to own one. We can run a backround check on you and if there is anything wrong you don't get to own one. We would also have a class that parents must take to own one. Our classes would teach parents when to use a gun, and how to keep them away from children. Just last year a pizza delivery guy was delivering pizzas to his regular customers. When he got to the house some guy held the delivery guy up at gun point. Luckly the delivery guy had a gun shot the man and got away safely.

OUR SOLUTION

We plan to give guns only to adults over 30, must have no felonly a backround check and, they must have been to class and learned about guns.

FACTS:  In 1994 a survey was taken by the national institute of Justice and they found that 144% of the adult population had used a gun for protection that is 273 million defensive gun users.

Some of the reasons that same sex marriage should be legal is that denying them from being married is a violation of religion vs freedom. Allowing this doesn't hurt society in any way. If anything it helps it because since they cannot have kids they would have to adopt so that means that not as many kids would end up in foster care. It also benefits them for medical decisions because if somebody has to have surgery and the other person can decide for them, for if they didn't have the other person they wouldn't be able to have the surgery done. Study has shown that it is not the person that decides it is biological caustion.

SOLUTION

Our solution is to allow gay marriage and to put people in jail that have beat up or or killed gays or lesbians.
