We believe that the death penalty should be legal because those who have comitted such bad deads must pay for it. We believe that prisoner parolesor escapes can give criminals another chance to kill someone. From 1976 to April 30th 2002 there have been 772 people given the death penalty. The most in 1 year was in 1999 when the death penalty was giving 98 times. Justice is better served with it because you don't have to worry about them doing those terrible deads again. It also provides a deterrent for prisoners already serving a life sentence. We also believe if they want the death penalty they can have it.

SOLUTION

We think that we should keep the death penalty around. We think if there are people in jail for a life time sentence you should have the choice for the death penalty because jails don't sound very pleasent. If someone is in we think that they don't want to live the rest of ther life with that terrible thing they did to someone then it should be there choice also.

Our group thinks that global warming is real. The USA is the only country who hasen't accepted the Kyoto treaty. The Kyoto treaty a protocol to the United Nations framework convention on climate change. It's an international enviromental treaty produced at the United Nations confrence on Enviromental and development, infromally known as the earth summit. The treaty was made from June 3-14 in 1992. It's made to achieve stabilization of greenhouse gas, concentrations in the climate system. The Kyoto Protocol establishes legally binding commitments for the reduction of four greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and sulfer hexafluride.)

SOLUTION

We would sign the Kyoto treaty. We would stop buying forign oil or not so much of it and invest more money in alternative energy like wind, solar, hydroelectric and bio energy. Sincewind, solar, hydrolelectric energy have an unlimited supply of energy and they are the cleanest ways to capture energy so it deosn't harm the earth by using all the fossil fules.
